01About

Three decades of leadership

More than thirty years across the military, corporate, and entrepreneurial worlds — a career defined by disciplined execution, operational excellence, and service to community.

With more than three decades of leadership spanning the military, corporate, and entrepreneurial sectors, Young Park serves as Executive Director of the Tustin Public Schools Foundation. A former United States Marine Corps officer who went on to lead as a chief operating officer and entrepreneur, he has built a career defined by disciplined execution and operational excellence.

A longtime resident of the community, Young brings that same commitment to TPSF, drawing on years of service as a youth sports coach and community volunteer. He holds a B.A. from Pepperdine University and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from National University.

For Young, the role is personal — a chance to give back to the schools and community that shaped so many local families, including his own, and to help open doors for every student to succeed.
